Traditional Scouting
​ BE PREPARED...for a Traditional Adventure!

We are a Traditional Scouting group based in Miramichi, New Brunswick, CANADA which is open to boys and girls, men and women who are focused on a traditional, open and inclusive, outdoor programs activities. We are a chartered group of Baden-Powell Service Association (BPSA) New Brunswick and BPSA of Canada.

BPSA Scouting is an world-wide outdoor organization and that is part of its character. The appeal of true scouting has always been to that element of the outdoor curious, adventurist, pioneer and explorer which is part of our nature, and is at its most evident in youth. BPSA Scouting focuses on this aspect of the program; and encourages our youth, parents and volunteers to plan programs that take advantage of being out-of-doors, whenever and wherever possible in a safe and challenging way!  All this is done in a low-cost and affordable way.

Families can choose the section program which corresponds to their child's age:
      •Otter Raft (ages 5, 6, 7)
      •Timber Wolf Pack (ages 8,9,10)
      •Explorer Troop (ages 11-14)
      •Sr. Explorer Troop (ages 15-17)
      •Rover Crew (ages 18+)
      •Leadership
